Muhamed and his company, Hurghada Transfer are very reliable. He offers trips at reasonable prices. My family and I went on a one day trip to Luxor and a two day trip to Cairo. Everything went very well and we had nice drivers and guides. The trip from Hurghada is quite long so I recommend two days in Cairo. Our guide in Cairo, Mona, was absolutely wonderful she gave us all the time we needed and we could choose what we wanted to see.

After agreeing on a certain bus type (Toyota Hiace 2021~2022), they sent me a totally different bus (unknown Chinese brand) with a very bad condition just 1 hour before having to be at the airport. I did not have time to call another company due to my tight schedule. I pointed out my disappointment to the person I made the booking with which was the company manager "Mr. Mohamed Haragy" and expected at least an apology and a reduced bill price since the bus was old and in a bad shape but this did not happen and they had me pay the full amount of a new decent bus. I was mistaken to rely to "Hurghada Transfer" and its manager "Mr. Mohamed Haragy". To avoid any dissatisfaction or disappointment, I recommend against using their services or relying on them.
