Original Murano Glass is a true symbol of Venetian artistry and tradition. Each piece is beautifully handcrafted by skilled artisans who carry on centuries of glassmaking expertise from the island of Murano. The craftsmanship is exceptional the colors, shapes, and details are mesmerizing, whether it’s a delicate vase, a sculpture, or elegant jewelry. Visiting the showroom or workshop is an incredible experience. You can often see the artists at work, shaping molten glass with precision and creativity it’s fascinating to watch. The staff are knowledgeable and passionate, explaining the history and techniques behind each creation.

Watching the glassblowing was fantastic - really gives you an appreciation for the art and talent of the craft. Master Massimo made a horse and a bottle very quickly, which were beautiful. The work available for purchase at the shop was also beautiful and reasonably priced considering the craftsmanship. However, we were very disappointed with the shop policy because our glassblowing tickets had a bonus offer of “discount of 15 euro if you spend over 90 euro”…but turned out it actually meant once you spend 90 you get a future 15 euro voucher, ie you’d have to spend 105 euro to get the discount. They refused to give us our 15 euro discount off our 90 euro purchase.

Our visit to the glass factory was an incredible new experience! We were captivated by the live glass-blowing show, witnessing a beautiful vase and a horse figure crafted in mere minutes for just €5. Booking in advance is recommended, as it also grants you access to their impressive store.

We visited the factory and the gallery during the Venice leg of our Italy, mainly to buy a glass sculpture for our display case. We picked this company after some research and boy did we make the right decision. The experience was phenomenal, from the purchasing to the shipping, OMG accompanied us every step of the way, with professionalism and attention to details. We couldn’t recommend them more.

My family and I absolutely loved the tour! It was super affordable and we got to see a pitcher and a horse being made with glass. The people were so nice and I didn’t feel crowded or anything, especially since there are two identical shops that they split the tours up between. All of the glass pieces were absolutely gorgeous and so worth the prices. I’m so glad I went, it made my entire day. Thanks to the amazing people at Ellegi Glass!
