We had a wonderful 4-day, 3-night Nile cruise on Ciela from Aswan to Luxor, organized by Gaafar via Luxor Nile Cruise. The ship was clean and newly renovated, with strong air-conditioning and beautiful views of the Nile throughout the journey. The onboard crew were all lovely, friendly, and made us feel very welcome. I came across this travel company by chance, and it gave me a very unforgettable travel experience. My tour guide Gaafar was very good and responsible. He arranged everything for me. The car and cruise arranged for me were very comfortable, and I didn't feel tired even on a long journey. He was very dedicated to the explanations he arranged for me along the way. Even though I was the only one on the trip, in the high temperature of 43 degrees outside, he still explained to me the history and culture of each attraction and each temple. Through this trip, I learned a lot about the history of ancient Egypt. Not only did I gain the joy of traveling, but I also gained a wealth of knowledge. I booked Nile cruise with sightseeing and hot ballon with gaafar. All communication went well. Gaafar is very responsive and reliable. He customized the trip for us. Private car transfer was nice and clean. All the price was reasonable. Was a very pleasant experience. I would recommend it !
The company is really responsive and helping you, they find you the best offers that suits you. With a baby also with me I was worried. But their office is very helpful. Specially Mrs Heba was guiding me how to book, also booking domestic flights was easy, as giving me a better price there, she also made an upgrade for us. She stayed in contact until the last day of the trip. The private cars also was very comfortable, as having 4 people we needed something private. Luxor and aswan was magical. They have reasonable prices according to each needs. If anything occurs and you update them Mrs heba, helps you a lot. Also the payment for the package was made online, from their IBAN which was better, to not hold on me more money than needed in the trip it was better to pay online with them. The private guides also were so nice and friendly. Mr mohamed also came to welcome us. The visits was very calming, no stress at all. I recommend them as also they have vip trips.
