Luxor Temple, located on the east bank of the Nile River in Egypt, is a magnificent ancient temple built around 1400 BC. Dedicated to the Theban Triad, it features grand columns, statues, and obelisks that reflect the glory of ancient Egyptian civilization.

This is a must if in Luxor and wanting to visit historical and ancient sights. The temple is located right in the middle of city centre and even offers night shows accompanied with glow in the dark lights. Really enjoyed our visit here and its small enough to do quickly if needed!

Visiting Luxor Temple was another unforgettable experience. We went in the evening, when the lighting created a magical atmosphere and really highlighted the beauty of the temple. It wasn’t crowded, so we could take our time exploring and capturing photos. Our guide, Sophia, once again made the visit special with her knowledge and storytelling, helping us appreciate the history and significance of this remarkable site.

Beautiful even from the outside at night. We didn’t go inside the temple, but just walking around the outside was already a great experience. The temple looks stunning at night — the lighting effects are really well done.
