Absolutely incredible. So beautiful and the space was beautifully blended into the environment. When you walk in, Manuel has a small shop set up with beautiful bracelets, necklaces, and handwoven bags. I also really loved the backstory of how Manuel persistently showed up rain or shine and then Blue Apple gave him a permanent spot selling his handmade goods! We took a private taxi over for 200.000 CUP which was about ~25 minutes and then the blue apple boat back. Alejandra, our server, was so kind and attentive, thank you Alejandra! Massages were also incredible 🤯

I cannot say enough good things about Blue Apple Beach. Everything was perfect for a very chill, relaxing vacation. The staff was was wonderful, and the food was absolutely exceptional - all local, fresh, and immepeciably prepared. Shoutout to the sever who had just finished his level 2 sommelier exam - the wine program here is unmatched for this region. We stayed in Manzana and loved the design touches in our room and throughout the property, and spent most of the day the oceanfront cabanas. (Note - this is more of a pool swimming locarion, with great views of the ocean, rather than a swimming beach, but this didn’t bother us at all). We almost never return to vacation spots because we like to try new places, but we will absolutely be back.

5 star resort service, food, and luxury quality with a family feel. The staff were so attentive and fun. The food was delicious! the rooms were spacious and very nice. The beach is steps from your door. everything you could want at the fairest, most honest prices in the country. thank you all for the perfect resort. shout out to really fun horseback riding on the beaches and through town. shout out to free shots when it rains (which lasted for 5 minutes in the afternoon while the sun still shined).

This place is REALLY special. Blue Apple is completely committed to Colombia - its people, its environment, its history, and its future. A B Corp hotel (a luxury eco hotel beyond the beyond), everything Blue Apple does has purpose and meaning. But don’t think you’re skimping on anything - the whole experience is gorgeous. The rooms are beautiful, the service is impeccable, the atmosphere is a feast for the eyes - and the food! It is some of the best food in the world. In seven days I attempted to order new dishes from the menu and work my way through the offerings and never had something that wasn’t amazing. Shout out to Maggie, Luz, Alejandra, Jao, and everyone else who tended to our every need while we were there. It was hard to leave and I can’t wait to go back!

I spent about 5 days at Blue Apple with my partner and mother-in-law this last week and we had a great experience! It’s the off season so it was a bit quieter which we really liked, the food was incredible, and the beds were super comfortable. The staff was very attentive and they asked us whether we needed things throughout the day. We also had a group WhatsApp with hospitality which made it easy to ask questions or get issues sorted out quickly. My partner and I also felt very comfortable as a queer couple - no weird looks or attitudes from anyone (staff or guests). I would definitely recommend and I’d love to return some day!
