I did a free walking tour of the Pyramids of Giza and our guide was Sherif. The experience was truly exceptional. Sherif has amazing knowledge and conveys it in such an understandable and vivid way that you feel like you are traveling back in time. He has an incredible sense of humor, is kind, patient and does not hesitate to answer every question with detail and passion. Thanks to the way he explains and narrates, Giza comes alive in front of you; you don't just see monuments, but a whole world. He is a tour guide who loves what he does and transmits it to every visitor. The tour with him was one of the best experiences of my trip — I highly recommend it!

We loved our tour with Sherif. He is very knowledgeable and with passion about the Pyramids and the Egyptian culture. He is also funny and ready to answer any questions or telling the best spots to take great pictures. We can't recommend enough this tour with Sherif.

I cannot recommend this tour with Sherif enough. This is absolutely not your typical tourist-trap tour. He is very professional. What made this tour so special was that Sherif didn't just tell us old stories; he showed us the evidence. He debunked all the "slave-built" and "alien" theories using the Tombs of the Workers and pure, simple logic. He showed us university videos demonstrating how they actually cut the giant granite blocks using vibration and ancient techniques! We learned the reason the third pyramid is so much smaller and how the Sphinx was carved in situ. He didn't just talk about Giza in isolation, either. Sherif told one epic story that connected the first Step Pyramid all the way to why they stopped building pyramids. He was funny and very patient with our endless questions, and an amazing photographer who knew all the best spots. Just to sum it up: Go to Giza by yourself, wait outside the ticket entrance at 8:00AM, don't have to hire a car. This is the ONLY Giza Tour You Should Take!

We had a wonderful experience with Sherif, whose passion for ancient Egypt is contagious. Being an archaeologist, you’ll have the chance to discover info that you’d never know otherwise. He’s way of guiding in engaging and funny. I suggest this tour to anyone: by having a guide, you’d also avoid pseudo-guides scam and visit the pyramids in total relax.

Amazing experience, it was even greater than expected. Sherif is a very kind, experienced, and funny guy. He explained in detailed multiple ítems of the Ancient Egypt. Thank you Sherif, my heart is full of joy!
