I recently visited this spa and had a mixed experience. While the staff working at the spa were incredibly friendly and welcoming, I was unfortunately disappointed by the reception ( old woman)service. The receptionist was quite rude, and when I paid for my baby, she asked me to pay first and then refused to give me my change when I asked for it, stating a different amount. This left a negative impression on what otherwise could have been a lovely experience. I hope management can look into this, as the spa itself is wonderful, and I’d love to return for future visits if the customer service improves.
Great service from Nadia and all the other ladies were really sweet too. Hammam was thorough and I was communicated with well even though I know very little Moroccan. The massage was deep tissue and got into places I didn’t know needed a massage. I was even offered tea in relaxation area after I put my clothes back on.
It was my first Hammam experience. I should have made an appointment before arriving there but regardless, they still accommodated me and gave me my first authentic Hammam experience. Owner is great. They asked me to take off my clothes and keep it in the change room and keep the key to the whole room with me.
Was so excited to go after reading all the nice comments but when I got there I really wanted to cry .. While I was washing my hair, I saw some insect on the wall and thought " no big deal it’s a fly " but then it turned out to be a cockroach 😩 I counted 5 cockroaches in total, it was the quickest and shortest bath I’ve ever had cause all I wanted to do is run out of there. I wanted to tell the lady at the reception when I was leaving, but nobody cared, she was laughing with the rest of the staff .. I don’t recommend it at all.
Absolutely amazing service, clean and beautiful rooms. Professional and relaxing massage and hammam experience. The only place I’ll go in Casablanca, recommend 10/10. I had the scrub, and massage, my life is changed, best ever.
