Our guide was named Marcel. Marcel was a very friendly and accommodating guide – truly top-notch! We booked the Back to the USSR tour to Pridnestrowie. We also had some additional requests and visited Bender and Tiraspol. There was never any time pressure; he was very patient with us. He specifically addressed our wishes and showed us our special destinations. He picked us up in Chisinau and had water ready for us in the car. A lovely gesture. He also drove very carefully, so we felt safe. He talked to us a lot, asked what we liked, and made suggestions for the next few days we would be exploring Moldova on our own. He noticed that we were drawn to abandoned places and post-apocalyptic aesthetics. He suggested suitable destinations in Moldova, which we then visited, and we weren't disappointed – quite the opposite! ... Furthermore, on the way to Tiraspol, he stopped at a bakery that offered typical Moldovan pastries. He told us a lot about his country, Moldova, and Pridnestrovia. We can wholeheartedly recommend Marcel and would gladly rely on his expertise again.

Marcel was our guide on the Transnistria tour. Apart from being a great guide who showed us all we cared to see and more, he was a a genuine nice person who went above and beyond to make sure my family was comfortable and having a great time. Marcel even took the time to drive us the the Tiraspol football stadium when he found out my kid liked football. Can higly recommend the tour, which was fascinating in all aspects as well as the organisation.
