Stayed here as we had an early departure flight the next morning. Courtesy shuttle bus to the Airport was provided. Rooms, Staff and restaurant were excellent and surpassed our expectations. Easily recommend to all travellers.
The room was clean and comfortable. Water bottles and a tea set were prepared in the room and many towel were available. On the other hand, the front desk was terrible. In the evening on the day before the check-out day, I booked the shuttle bus to the airport departing at 8:00 am the next morning. The staff also confirmed the bus time with me. But when I went to the desk to check out on the next day, the woman on the desk said 'You booked the bus departing at 8:30'. And she never recognized mistake of the hotel. Finally, one seat are still available on the 8:00 am, I managed to ride the bus. But otherwise, I might miss my airplane. This is a very amazing experience, and I have to say the front service is too sloppy. I recommend staying at this hotel only after your flight, not before it.
Modern, clean, and quiet hotel very close to Bologna airport. Comfy bed, self-controlled AC/heat, good WiFi, lots of outlets, plenty of towels and toiletries, kettle + coffee/tea, mini-fridge (with 2 free bottles of water!) in room and vending machines in lobby and corridors (Didn't have a chance to try hotel restaurant or bar but seemed nice) Super fast check-in/check-out (and even got to check in very early thanks to friendly front desk staff!) Secure parking in hotel's own lot. Less than 10-minute drive to airport and about 2-minute drive to nice small shopping mall/grocery store/restaurants.
We have been to the hotel twice this year, in March and now in June. In both cases the experience was positive and pleasant. The staff is friendly and approachable, the rooms are neat and clean, and the food is good. We have dined in the restaurant several times and every dish we have chosen has been delicious. This hotel will remain our first choice for our next visit to Bologna.
This hotel was perfect. Very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. We needed to get to the airport very early and the shuttle was there left on time and about 8 min to airport. They were helpful with getting us bus tickets which was very easy to take to the city center and also to get back. There is a shopping mall within walking distance with grocery store and eateries. Everything was great. Don't hesitate to book if you need to get to airport very early. Most importantly it was very clean.
