What an unforgettable trip! Everything was perfectly arranged, and our guide, Mustafa, was incredibly kind, showing us the most breathtaking sites in Luxor. Traveling with two young children (1 and 3 years old), we opted for the three-day, two-night tour, which allowed us to explore Luxor at a relaxed pace. It was a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend it to everyone. I booked the tour via WhatsApp just a day in advance and was amazed by how seamlessly everything was organized on such short notice. Our driver, Achmed, picked us up from our hotel in a comfortable, air-conditioned van just for us. He drove carefully and made the journey smooth. In Luxor, the guide Mustafa was there to welcome us and taking us around the historical sites. He was very knowledgeable and even invited us to his house for dinner, which was so nice with his kids and ours together. We stayed at the Steigenberger Nile Palace was lovely, with breakfast served right by the Nile each morning and a pool to enjoy in the afternoons. A huge thank you to Mustafa and Achmed for taking such great care of us and the kids—we couldn’t have asked for a better trip!
We have been picked up by Hussein at 4 am who was our driver for the trip to Luxor and the story says that he is the “Egiptian Schumacher”. At our arrival in Luxor we met Hoda as our guide. She will make sure you have the best time and make you feel welcome in addition to be the best possible guide you can have. Both we're very friendly and we soon became acquainted as friends. The trip itself was very adventurous, very informative, and fun! Hussein and Hoda did everything to make us feel at ease. Honesty is important, they knew where to go, where to buy, and what to pay. During our return to El Quseir we have been in the company as well of Khalid who was our second driver with whom we had a great talk and discovered he is as well a guide in Luxor and one of the oldest employees of Marsa Alam Tour. Thank you for showing us the highlights of South Egypt and for treating us as friends! We enjoyed ourselves and it was worth it. I told Marsa Alam Tours our wishes, our budget and how many days we wanted to travel and they created a fantastic tour. We saw everything we wanted, were always safe, nice guides, good drivers, lovely hotels and great excursions. My son and I are really happy we've made our trip with Marsa Alam. The most of all we loved the two days experience at the white dessert
Our 2 day trip was exceptionally well organized by maarsa Alam tours. From beginning till the end we were accompanied by their friendly staff. Some of the drivers spoke enough English to communicate with us and made sure we were comfortable . Our awesome guide and driver who was with us from Bahariya Oasis, Mostafa Ashraf, showed us the different sights along the way and answered all our questions. He shared interesting info about the desert, the people and the history. He along with his cousin mohammed prepared us delicious lunch and dinner which were real feasts fit for a king! We shared the campsite with another family. Mostafa graced us with an amazing bedouin flute performance which echoed in the empty, but beautiful desert. Starry night, wonderfum company, awesome food, amazing staff and smooth ride till the airport. We leave the desert with wonderful memories. A trip to do at least once in your lifetime!
We traveled to Egypt in 2020 and used Marsa Alam for several outings. They sent a driver and a guide with every tour. Once we got to the area, they had a guide waiting for us. All guides were extremely knowledgeable. I have recommended them to other people. We will travel back to Egypt in 2023 and will use them again if needed. I cannot say enough good things!
