This is an amazing service. I waited till last minute to book the shuttle and Katy (Katie?) who helped me on the phone was so nice and got us booked right away, explained how to find the kiosk for the company in the airport and sent over confirmations. Easy to find right in baggage claim of YVR and then the clerk was super helpful to show us where to find the driver and the shuttle. We were lucky enough that when we arrived in baggage claim a shuttle was about to leave. Ben was our driver and he was amazing, he got us to Whistler super quick, made sure to specify when and where we’d be able to take bathroom breaks, gave us a heads up before e were about to reach our destination and helped us with our luggage. This was so easy and comfortable. The only thing that concerned me was this lady that was coughing consistently and loudly in the back of the shuttle. Not the company’s fault but I encourage anyone who feels sick to please not take transportation that could end up with others also getting sick. Overall an amazing deal to get from YVR to Whistler if you don’t want the hassle of renting a car, paying or finding parking in the village if you plan on mainly staying there since space can be limited at hotels and public parking places are usually 24 hr max, and then having to drive and drop off car too back at the airport.
Jim, our driver was absolutely incredible. He went over and above to help us (two 20 year old girls) with a lot of luggage get from Whistler to Lionsgate hospital in Vancouver after a medical emergency for a friend. He was kind and reassuring, navigating us around Vancouver whilst also providing top service us as well as a separate family of 9. Thank you so much Jim - we couldn’t be more grateful for everything you did for us yesterday!
Rob was the most amazing human and driver that I’ve ever encountered in my life. He was punctual, friendly, warm and helpful and got us there safely and timely even though the conditions were extremely bad and snowing hard the whole ride. He is clearly also experienced because I left my cross body bag with my passport wallet and keys and he came back into the airport after dropping us to find me and give it to me, which obviously saved my entire trip. Rob can’t thank you enough for a great experience and for going above and beyond to save the day! You’re amazing and deserve a massive raise
