It was a lovely experience! Alice and Roberta were wonderful and very funny. They made it very interactive but still gave us a lot of information. We had a lot of fun and would definitely recommend to everyone to book a workshop with the company!

This was hands down the best experience we had in Florence! Alice and Julianna were phenomenal — friendly, engaging, and so much fun. We joined Florence Cooking Class – The Art of Making Gelato & Authentic Pizza as a family with three children, and it was truly a wonderful experience. Our instructor, Chef Andrea A, was amazing — friendly, patient, and very good at explaining each step in an engaging and fun way, especially for kids. We learned how to make authentic Italian pizza from scratch, from kneading the dough to choosing fresh ingredients. We also discovered how traditional gelato is made, which was both interesting and delicious! Our children had so much fun, and they were very proud of the pizzas they created. It became one of the most memorable highlights of our trip. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and well organized. This is not just a cooking class, but a meaningful family experience where you learn, cook, laugh, and enjoy time together. Phenomenal cooking class. We really enjoyed learning how to make Ragu pasta, ravioli, and tiramisu. We also got to check out the local market which was great to learn about truffle based ingredients Great job to our chef teachers Tommaso, Alice, and Jon. I had such an amazing time at the Towns of Italy cooking class with Federico!!! From start to finish, the instructor made the entire experience fun, welcoming, and easy to follow. I really appreciated how attentive they were, anytime I started to fall a little behind, they noticed right away and made sure I caught up while also checking that I was doing each step correctly. That extra attention made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the class. The atmosphere was lively and hands-on, and I loved how the instructors mixed in useful cooking tips with fun stories and explanations. I learned so much about making authentic Italian pizza and gelato, and it never felt rushed or overwhelming. They provided six delicious toppings for the pizzas, and it was so fun to get creative with different combinations. On top of that, there was unlimited wine and soft drinks, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable and social. By the end, not only did I get to enjoy the amazing food we made together, but I also walked away with new skills I know I’ll use at home. This class was truly one of the highlights of my trip, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Italy who wants a memorable, interactive experience full of food, fun, and learning!!!
