Rooms were very spacious for being a cruise ship. The Vietnamese menu for dinner and brunch was delicious. Only regret was not booking 2 nights. We only booked 1 night and felt a bit rushed. If time and budget allows, consider booking multiple nights. Our butler, CiCi, was amazing. She went above and beyond to coordinate food allergies with the rest of the staff and was always available to answer questions/ offer recommendations. If Elite of the Seas management sees this review, consider giving her a promotion and extra vacation days! She made our stay awesome.
Thanks for creating unforgettable memories in our 3 days 2 night trip! ☺️ We are glad to join the journey end of Aug until early Sep (2 adults). The car (7 seater) picked us up on time from Hanoi. It was a 2.5 hours journey to the pier. We checked in and got seated in the waiting area with light refreshments. Shortly we were escorted to the speedboat and it took around 20-30 mins to the cruise. We were welcomed by the staff and live band. Each of us received a rose. We were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary and the crew decorated our room nicely. Each group of passengers were assigned by a butler who would serve us thoughout the journey. Ryan, the butler, was absolutely delightful and helpful. We had pleasant chats and he + the team arranged surprise for us during dinner with roses and cake (with live music) ☺️ we felt very welcomed and enjoyed everyday. We were not bored at all. There were plenty of activities (sunrise TaiChi, mini golf, water sports - swimming, kayaking, day trip with cycling, making of Vietnamese dishes, karaoke, night squid fishing) and food (western/ healthy/ vegetarian/ authentic Vietnamese, like 5 meals a day 😂）. Our customer relations manager, Tony, actively listened to our feedback and try to improve / accommodate our needs, thanks Ryan and Tony + the crew (I heard there were total 80 crew members!). We loved the photoshoot session!!! It was like another round of wedding photos! They were professional in camera and drone!! Don’t miss that! The photos were shared with us in the evening via AirDrop and no extra charge!! Whether you are alone, with your friends, bridal shower, baby moon, honey moon, celebrations, just go there and enjoy the photoshoot!! We highly recommend the 3 days 2 night trip to ensure you have the complete trip, 2 days 1 night is very short and you have to check out next day at 9ish morning which isn’t enough. Or if you prefer, customisation can be done too! We heard some stayed for 6 days! Another highlight was our last day’s sunrise TaiChi where we saw double rainbow! Waking up at 6am was worthwhile!!! Tony said he worked for 14 years in the cruise and it was his second time seeing it! 1. Service and vibe: amazing! Perfect service and you never get bored! Every staff greeted us whenever they met us, we felt very welcomed! 2. Food: if you have special dietary requirements you can let them know in advance or on the spot! They’ll make sure you enjoy the food! 3. Cruise condition: well maintained and it is spotless! There is a pool, mini golf, fishing equipment (squid fishing), spa, gym, kayak Hope you guys will consider and have a great journey!

We had an amazing time on the Elite of the Seas in Han Long Bay! It was an incredible experience that is a must when you visit Vietnam. It is a six star cruise that is worth every star! The food was delicious and in abundance! The service is top tier especially our personal concierge, Nam was pleasant and amazing he took excellent care of us and made sure we got anything we needed during our stay! We wished we stayed longer to enjoy more excursions. The rest of the staff was accommodating, welcoming and friendly especially Harry who was a great leader and coordinator always fun and positive energy! It was relaxing and comfortable stay and was much needed after all of our travels around Vietnam! Definitely recommend and will be coming back!
We spent 2 amazing days and 1 night here for our honeymoon, and it was one of the best nights of my life. We were treated like royalty from start to finish. The highlight was kayaking through the stunning mountains, an experience we will never forget. The food was delicious, and everyone was incredibly thoughtful with every detail. Cici and Tony were fantastic hosts, making us feel so welcome and cared for throughout our stay. Our room had breathtaking views, and they surprised us with special honeymoon touches that made everything even more memorable. When it was time to say goodbye, the crew sent us off in style, greeting us with flags and music. Honestly, this was an unforgettable experience, and we highly recommend this luxury boat getaway to anyone looking for something truly unique and relaxing.
