Robert Parenpa was our excellent guide and driver. He drove us from Georgetown to Taman Negara and dropped us back in Kuala Lumpur. He very expertly maneuvered through many road conditions and so kindly showed us many more sights along the way than originally planned. He was a knowledgeable guide and was able to explain the sights and answer all our questions about the country and the culture. He added a lot of value to our trip that we would have not gotten otherwise. He was always on time, helped translate our needs and got us to our destinations safely. I highly recommend this tour company.
We booked a private 2D1N tour for 4 people from KLCC: we start with a fast pass at Batu Caves where Robert (our city guide) explain to us all history of this religious place. Then we moved to Taman Negara Jungle and we pass our two days with DIN, a national Taman Negara guide. The two days were beautiful, very good organization: the only one negative side is the night jungle trekking where there was too many people (July 2025) and the track was completely full and loud of group of tourists. I suggest to you to avoid this night experience in this period of the year. Anyway, Robert and DIN are the best you can have, ask to them to do activity in smart time of day, not when all tourists move to point of interest. DGP is top!
We loved our travel with this company and we especially loved our tour guide Neo. He was such a caring and fun guide, who went out of his way many times to enhance our experience by showing us nice places for the best local food and activities, telling us fun, interesting facts and helping us out when we needed it. He has really made us experience Malaysia even more, without him we would have missed out on a lot!
These guys are really amazing! Booked a single person hiking to Taman Negara from KL. David, the driver, picked me up at KL hotel before the schedule. Having a nice conversation in the car, a 3h+ trip passed fast. In Taman, everything was organised well. Being the only guest, the guide was very flexible regarding the schedule. On the way back, David took a different route to avoid the Sunday's afternoon KL traffic jams, saving as at least 1.5h. Great job, guys!
The Taman Negara tour was really great and our guide , Robert, has been very helpfull and showed us many places and helped us to discover the real Malaysia and the local food ! I recommand the night trek !
