Had always wanted to see the Cliffs of Mohr, but this trip was so much more! Our guide Gina was incredibly knowledgeable about Irish history and provided interesting facts. The driver Fred was gifted behind the wheel! Together they made a great team and a memorable adventure.
Amazing day trip with Mark and Nowshad. Mark was a fantastic guide - very entertaining while delivering lots of history and fun facts. The day was managed well with appropriate toilet and food stops and ample time at the Cliffs and Galway to explore.
It was an absolute pleasure visiting the Cliffs of Moher and Galway with Aoife as our guide and Saleh as our driver. Aoife shared amazing historical insights with a wonderful sense of humor and such a soothing voice, it made the whole journey even more enjoyable. Wow! Our family was speechless after taking this tour. Our guide was very informative and very professional. The owner was in communication before the tour and provided hotel and dining recommendations in Galway for our stay. We even received videos after the tour of the sheep in the road! We toured castles, abbeys, villages, scenic sites, the Cliffs of Moher and even found time to stop and feed sheep! Our tour had EVERYTHING! The vehicle was very clean and provided plenty of room for four people. Why ride in an overcrowded bus, when you can ride in air conditioned comfort with plenty of room for people to share. The tour company even provided snacks and water throughout the journey. Nothing was missed, every detail was thought of. The communication before, during and after the tour was fantastic. Our children even said that this was the best tour they were ever on! We have already told our friends and family to book this tour when visiting Ireland. I had a fantastic experience with this transfer company. Their customer service was excellent – when I accidentally booked the wrong transfer day, they were quick to respond and managed to accommodate me at the last minute, even the night before. The driver we had, Jer, was professional, friendly, and very informative, which made the journey enjoyable. Overall, a smooth, stress-free experience that I would highly recommend.
We booked this company for three separate services: two airport transfers and one custom tour. Given the high price point and their branding as a premium executive service, we expected professionalism, punctuality, and clear communication. Unfortunately, they missed the mark on all fronts. For our final transfer (a time-sensitive trip) the owner himself showed up late, without apology, and was unresponsive when we tried to reach him. We had no choice but to book another car to avoid missing our plans. Shockingly, the company then had the audacity to shift the blame onto us. To make matters worse, they tacked on surprise charges, despite us being extremely clear from the beginning about our itinerary and expectations. These fees were suddenly added the night before, then sent multiple times (including as early as 6 AM ) effectively flooding our inbox and pressuring us into paying extra last minute. Communication was chaotic across the board between the office and the driver, and between the office and us. At no point did we feel like we were dealing with professionals. After this experience, we found a local private driver for the rest of our transportation. The cost was one-third of what we paid this company, and the service and car sere far superior. That’s when it became clear: this company is gouging American tourists who don’t know the local options. We walked away disappointed, frustrated, and feeling taken advantage of. Look elsewhere. You’ll save money, and avoid the stress.
