Da Vinci Tour

Do you want to uncover the traces Leonardo da Vinci left in Florence? Curious to discover the true character of the genius from Vinci? If you've watched the TV series and are wondering how much of it is true, this tour is for you!  

Join us as we trace the young da Vinci’s life, from his arrival at Verrocchio's workshop to his departure for Milan. Along the way, we'll explore his relationships with key figures such as Lorenzo the Magnificent, Michelangelo, Botticelli, and other great Florentine artists, as well as delve into some fascinating gossip about his private life.  

The tour begins at the Church of Santissima Annunziata, near where Leonardo had his workshop, and continues to Via Cavour, where the Medici family lived. We will then visit Verrocchio's workshops, formerly owned by Donatello, to learn how these spaces fostered Leonardo’s technological expertise. From there, we’ll walk through Piazza Duomo to explore works linked to the genius, before continuing to Via dei Calzaiuoli, Piazza Signoria, and Ponte Vecchio, ending in Piazza Santo Spirito.
