At the heart of the farm stands a large greenhouse, where the nursery activities take place.
Carla is particularly passionate about wild herbs, which she carefully forages from the uncultivated areas of her farm. She transforms these herbs into culinary delights with true mastery.
Join Carla for a hands-on cooking course where you’ll explore the farm in search of wild herbs, learning about their nutritional and aromatic properties. Carla will teach you how to identify these plants, discover the environments they thrive in, and understand when they are at their best.
After the harvest, you’ll move to the kitchen to cook with the freshly picked herbs, creating simple dishes that bring out their natural flavors. If you prefer, you can also dive into the art of handmade egg pasta, learning how to roll out the dough and shape it into various pasta forms.
The day culminates with a well-deserved farm-to-table meal, enjoyed at a table in the greenhouse or garden, accompanied by a glass of excellent Verdicchio wine. A perfect end to a truly authentic Italian experience!
