Our recent experience with the Italian Factory Motor Tour was nothing short of extraordinary! We had the pleasure of visiting the Pagani factory, Lamborghini museum, and Ferrari, and it was an unforgettable journey, especially for my son, who was absolutely over the moon. Our guide, Giancarlo, was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable. The tour itself was well-organized and perfectly paced, allowing us to fully appreciate each stop. The highlight was undoubtedly the Pagani factory, where we were able to see the meticulous craftsmanship up close. The Lamborghini museum offered a fascinating insight into the brand's rich history and innovative designs. And of course, Ferrari was simply iconic, a dream for any car enthusiast. To top it all off, we enjoyed an amazing lunch that perfectly complemented the day's activities. The food was delicious and the setting was perfect, providing a much-needed break in between our automotive adventures. The tour gave us the opportunity to test drive a Ferrari of our choice. As first time travelers to the area, and not having a rental car, we arranged ahead for the package offered by the Italian Factory Motor Tours. They booked all the tickets and set the schedule for the day. They were very responsive and communicative with my emailed questions, which I greatly appreciated. They arranged exactly what we requested. It was great to have Giancarlo and his driver pick up our family of 5 in a small van at our AirBnB doorstep, and leave all the navigation, driving and arrangements to them. They arranged for us to tour the Lamborghini museum and factory, the Ferrari Museum (and drive the Ferrari simulators), and tour the Pagani museum and atelier (studio). They also arranged a nice lunch, which included wine and desert. The museum entry, Ferrari simulator driving, and possibly the factory tours were the same as you could buy online directly through the car companies. My family was most interested in the factory tours, which we were able to experience at Lamborghini and Pagani. You can only tour the Ferrari factory if you are buying a car. The Lamborghini and Ferrari museums don't have "tours" per se - you just walk around and see the exhibits and displays. Our guides from Italian Factory Motor Tours dropped us off at each museum, instructed us on where to go to get on the bus to be taken with a group for the factory tours, and met us at the end of our time in the museums and factory tours. They did not accompany us in the museums. The Lamborghini and Pagani tours were done by employees of each car company. While everyone in the family enjoyed the day, and we really appreciated having someone take care of buying tickets ahead, responding to questions via emails, making all the arrangements, navigation and driving, it was a very expensive experience and the cost of this service doubled what we would have paid if we had planned the day on our own and had our own transportation. So if you want a hassle free day with a personal touch, and it fits in your budget, Italian Factory Motor Tours can provide a great experience for you.
My son and I toured in mid-March and had a great tour. They picked us up from the hotel and it turned out to be only us in the van which made the trip extra special. The local restaurant was delicious. Highly recommend Italian Factory Motor Tour.
My husband and I went on the Lauda Tour and it was amazing. I loved seeing the Lamborghini and Pagani factories, and they were each very different. Our guide and driver were great! The lunch they took us to at a local restaurant was one of my favorite meals on our trip, and they ordered for us so it was almost like a mini food tour built in. It was a fantastic day and worth every penny. I would happily go on this tour again whenever we visit again someday!
We booked a private full day tour to the Lamborghini museum, Ferrari museum, and Pagani museum and factory. My husband and I also did the a Ferrari driving experience and our two children did the Lamborghini simulator. It was an amazing and unforgettable day! Our driver, Antonia, and our guide, Victoria, we’d both first class and made the experience even better. The authentic Bologna lunch overlooking the winery was also a highlight. I would recommend this tour to anyone. Fabulous day!
