I'm not sure if this is the correct place to be leaving a review but staff were all friendly and helped me feel at ease through my arrival and departure. There was a Gili who was at the Klook arrival lounge 6 Sep 2023, Wed 4:15pm who very kindly went out of his way to help me as it wasn't even his job. Hope that he gets some sort of recognition for his good work.
