We had such a wonderful experience today with a wine tasting and pairing at Château de Minière. The estate itself is lovely and beautiful, and we spent several hours with the very lovely Anaelle, who was an excellent host. We were very impressed by how well she managed several parties’ tastings and still provided a very personalized experience. This was a highlight of our time in the Loire Valley. Must visit! Also — you can stay here too! For next time!
Went a few weeks ago. Great experience for wine tasting, we had a 3 or 4 course meal whilst tasting around 7 different wines. Our guide was very helpful in explaining each wine and the tour around the vineyard was very informative as well. Their cats were very friendly too!
Fun place to do a tasting. Very modern inside. Had great service. Allowed us to switch wines off the tasting if we didn’t want to try it. Also you can walk around the vineyard which is always fun. They have tours of the vineyard if you’re into that.
Had a lovely time here, for a wine tasting and vineyard tour that was so worth the money, the price value ration s amazing. we have tasted around 7 wines paired with a delicious charcuterie board and found out so many about the wine making process and tending the wineyard. We really appreciated how aesthetically pleasing the venue was decorated, lots of works of art and we appreciated the bio-friendly attitude. Our guide was kind, funny and you could see he was passionate from his presentation. Bonus were the 2 kitties that stole the show. overall a great experience of around 2 hours that we would highly recommend. Makes you want to move to the countryside and live the slow life.
This winery was recommended to us by our driver. It did not disappoint! The property was beautiful and the tasting fantastic! We tasted Cabernet Franc and Chenin Blanc and the wine steward did a great job explaining the differences between the different terroirs of the wines. The wines were excellent and we brought home several bottles! Tres bon! Highly recommend.
Our guide Sebastian was superb. The tour generally is well plan. Not rush and very relax. The cave was amazing for the winenary tours. The castle visit was also prefect.
The Loire Valley tour was like uncovering a hidden treasure trove of beauty. With its stunning chateaux and picturesque landscapes, it felt more like a journey through a storybook, seamlessly blending history and natural wonders.
Despite the cold weather the tour went really smoothly, castles are somewhat cold but that’s to be expected so make sure to dress accordingly if you are visiting during the cold season. The lunch was great in a beautiful cave which did warm us up as there is a massive fireplace in the middle! Wine tasting was great as well we loved the family owned estate. Would recommend it to everyone who wants to enjoy a similar experience.
Perfect Wine & Sightseeing Day! My mom and I booked this trip as a day tour from Paris and had the best time! Our driver Sebastian great! He picked us up right from our hotel and was incredibly nice and communicative. He even helped us take photos at each location which we were really thankful for. Each wine tasting was delicious and informative about the process, local region and history. You can tell how much love goes into their work. Lunch at Le36 was absolutely delicious. The castle and its surrounding gardens were stunning! The entire tour was paced well and we never felt rushed. We thoroughly enjoyed the day and would highly recommend to all wine and history lovers!
Both Victor and Vincent were great hosts for our tour of 8 to the Loire Valley. We needed two vehicles, both of which were very comfortable and we learned a lot about French history and culture on our way from Paris. It was certainly a full day of great wine and food and the choice for lunch was absolutely fantastic. 2 wineries and 1 chateau proved to be a great balance for a day trip. Both hosts were prompt and safe drivers. I recommend not planning anything else for your day as it's a full 12-hours or so.
