DON’T BOTHER! Terrible experience from start to finish. If I could give it 0 stars I would. We thought it would be a nice experience to book a sunset viewing at the top. We arrived on time 20 mins before our time slot. We paid 108AUD to visit the level 124 + 125 floor. We queued for me an hour to get up missing sunset. People were pushing, it was super hot and sticky with mo awareness of personal space. No safety precautions were followed. After getting to level 124 the staff were very aggressive, shouting at people to keep moving and it was literally dog was dog. I felt really sorry for the people who had young kids. The experience itself after dark is not worth it as the windows reflect the phone camera and it’s all blurry. Going down was another nightmare. See the photos attached. We queued for over an hour in heat to get back down. There was no care shown for anyone with an additional need or the elderly. People fighting each other and children screaming. A MODERN DAY HELL!!!! Never again. Please say yourself from this torture and book an experience that looks at the Burj. The view is not even worth it!

The journey begins with a smooth and well-organized entry, and the elevator ride itself is thrilling — reaching the 124th/125th floors in just seconds. Once at the top, the panoramic views of the entire city, desert, and ocean are simply breathtaking. Watching the sunset from the observation deck was magical, as the city slowly lit up with sparkling lights below. The glass walls and open-air terrace allow for amazing photos and a once-in-a-lifetime perspective of Dubai’s skyline. Everything was clean, well-managed, and family-friendly, with staff always ready to help. Standing at the world’s tallest building truly feels surreal — a mix of wonder, pride, and joy. A must-visit for anyone coming to Dubai — day or night, the view is absolutely unforgettable!
From the moment I entered, everything felt seamless. The staff was warm, welcoming, and organised, and they guided us smoothly through the experience. The elevator ride itself was thrilling, taking us to the 124th floor and 125th in seconds, and the views that awaited were breathtaking. Seeing the entire city skyline, the Arabian Gulf, and the desert stretching was surreal. The entire visit on this evening felt luxurious, and not to mention it was well worth it. Left me in awe and wonder. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Dubai, I would visit again myself, it is so surreal.
Visited 'At the Top' with my wife and 2 daughters. Currently a once in a lifetime experience to stand in a building of this height, so for us it was something we had to try whilst visiting Dubai. Strangely it didn't actually feel as tall as it really is when I was up there (I've done Top of the Rock, One World Trade etc... and they 'felt' higher). However, they're not so it's obviously just me 🤣 A great experience for the whole family. We ended up staying up there much longer than expected and enjoyed the amazing views over Dubai! 100% recommend doing!
Visited today around 11 AM – overall a smooth experience! The ticket counter wasn’t crowded, and everything went quickly and efficiently. The only downside was the line leading to the lifts—it was really hot, and that area definitely needs better ventilation, especially for such a popular attraction. Once you’re at the top, it’s totally worth it! The views are stunning, and you don’t really feel the crowd. There’s a café, souvenir shops, and even a photo booth to capture the moment. The staff were super helpful and friendly, which added to the positive experience.
