A historic estate is offering visitors an immersive journey into centuries-old agricultural traditions, combining guided exploration with curated tastings of wine and olive oil. Guests begin their visit with a walk through the estate’s historic olive grove, where centuries-old trees stand as living symbols of tradition and continuity. Along the way, expert guides share insights into the cultivation process and the careful techniques involved in producing high-quality olive oil, from harvesting to pressing.

The sensory highlight of the experience is a structured tasting session featuring both wine and olive oil. Visitors sample fresh young wine drawn directly from stainless steel vats, followed by a selection of six wines that showcase the character of the estate’s terroir. This is paired with a comparative tasting of six extra virgin olive oils, each offering distinct flavor profiles shaped by natural and artisanal production methods.
