The atmosphere and style are incredible, and from here you can admire the beautiful panorama. The cafe attracts many people to watch the lights go on. You can also listen to sweet Arabic house music.
Excellent bar, great music, and when the lights explode and turn on, it’s something truly magical. However, it’s always packed to get in. You need to arrive around 2pm and stay until sunset, when the lights come on. If you arrive after 3pm, Farsha Café is already full. There’s a waiting list, but it’s basically a scam, the café is already full, and they close access while keeping the rest of the people on a “waiting list” in an upper area. It’s just a spot where people wait under the illusion that they’ll be called to enter Farsha Café, but in reality, no one ever gets called. It’s just a trick to keep people waiting and buying drinks or cocktails indefinitely.
After hearing so many wonderful things about this place, we really wanted to go. We arrived at 4:00 PM and had ticket number 04. After two hours of waiting, we still couldn’t get in — we only saw two groups of people go inside during that time. The place is very beautiful, but I don’t know how long you’re supposed to wait in line to actually get in, as the organization leaves much to be desired. During all that time, we kept receiving vague information, and they only let people enter the upper area, where you have to wait — not the actual café itself. Maybe others will have better luck if they go earlier or at a different time of the year.
