We stayed at three different Hiltons for our honeymoon. The resort was breathtaking and the room was amazing. This was my favorite resort we stayed in when visiting Egypt! We also had laundry service and it was ready same day within a couple of hours. Everything was five star except the food wasn't the best. Of the five meals we ate here only one was good, one edible, the rest I couldn't even eat which was a bit frustrating. As long as you eat elsewhere, the hotel itself, five stars!
Wow, what a fantastic destination. Beautiful, clean and excellent serviceI very much enjoyed staying in this luxury hotel, it was a huge step up from the hustle and bustle of Cairo. I would highly recommend this hotel. It is outside of town which makes it quiet but you will need to plan for transportation.
Stunning interior, clean rooms, great breakfast. I absolutely loved my stay at the Hilton Resort. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The pools were great as well, especially the “hidden” one in the Spa area. The service there was top notch, I appreciate the refreshing towels there for relaxation. The Diwan was an interesting experience.
We had the privilege of staying here and being spoiled by an incredible staff. From the impeccable room and housekeeping staff that deserves all the praise. The breakfast hostess (Nadeer) greeted us every morning with kindness, compassion and a smile to brighten anyone's day. The location and serenity is indescribable, absolutely breathtaking. The real Gem of our honeymoon was when the poolside bar manager(Ahmed El Sharif) found out our reason for this trip. He made everyday and night so special for us, he provided us with memories we will hold near and dear in our hearts. On our last night he and the staff surprised us with a special Nile side dinner for two. Its rare to see such a dedicated employee in today's work environment, Hats off to the Hilton corporation for retaining such an asset on your team. Ahmed is truly a shining star in a dark sky. Thank you to him and the Hilton team for a vacation of a lifetime.
Absolutely stunning hotel in a perfect position. Couldn’t ask for more from a luxury resort hotel in Luxor The only advice I’d give is to avoid the Oasis restaurant - bad food and service. Otherwise the staff were really fantastic! Make sure to have at least one meal in the Fateer house right on the edge of the Nile - it was perfect service and amazing food!
