Join us for a night out on the town in Mitte Berlin. This, however, is not just any night. This is the Berlin Festival of Lights Tour. We will head off to some of Berlin’s most well-known landmarks and follow the path of lights! Many of the buildings along the way are light up with magical light shows and light art. Some move, some create scenes, and others offer full video. Our expert guides lead the way as they point out the history and legends and meanings behind the magic.
This tour covers many of the areas and buildings that participate in the Festival of Lights. The group will stop and have plenty of time to snap pictures and learn about the history and hidden things in the area. Many of the buildings have shows that play on a repeated time so we will be sure to catch those as well!
This is truly a unique way to see some of Europe’s most iconic historic buildings and landmarks. Really well put together show, the lights were lovely and vibrant and there was lots of places for food and the street performers were also very good. We went on the Friday and then again Monday, I would highly recommend going :)

Chanced upon the 2025 festival of lights by accident whilst in Berlin for a couple of days. Monuments and buildings lit up by amazing light displays from 7pm. Wished we were here longer to see more but very impressed with the ones we did see. Definitely worth a visit and it’s free.
I'm in Berlin during this time and we didn't even know about the festival at first! A guy from the hotel told us that we should check it out. It's SO beautiful 🥺 it's super busy as well but you'll find space for you and the show is going on repeat so you won't miss anything. It was a pretty long walk from place to place but it was fun and the weather was great so yes we really enjoyed it! I really recommend anybody to go there once if you're in Berlin during this time next year.
Must go if you are in Berlin during the festival time. It's around 5KM+ walk to see all the art sites. Also there is an app you can download and you can follow the route so you won't miss seeing all the important spots. And know which is the best starting / ending point. I recommend starting from the TV tower and then following the route till the end point.
