Enjoy the ride in a luxurious SUV car, with leather seats, AC and all comfort. You sit on a higher position, especially in the fond for a better sight. Your tour is individual, but I have of course a round trip prepared with the most spectaculars and interesting sites of Berlin. This is important to get the whole story of Berlin, with its progress from the time of the prussian kings and later emperors, and then the deep fall with the nazi time and second world war.
Berlin get destroyed up to 80 percent in the center, but a lot was reconstructed in the past. And then the dividing of the city in 4 sectors, forming later East and West Berlin. With a partly different, partly similar development in both parts. But grounded in two different and completely opponent systems, capitalism and communism.
The wonder of the reunification after a peaceful revolution in 1989. Since then an increasing city, towards its former border section, a death zone, and implementing there the new parliament and government center. And growing in numbers and attractivities, with its very lively and young culture, from high established opera art to the party scene. And you will get in touch of all of this.

I took a tour of Jewish Berlin with Harold and opted to hire a driver to facilitate drop offs and pick ups and was happy I did. He was an excellent guide. He spoke well, intelligently and was highly knowledgeable. His amiable manner and quick humor made it an enjoyable tour. I was particularly pleased that I opted to add Track 17 to the tour. As a history teacher the entire experience was enriching, though sad. Though not Jewish, I wanted to pay my respects to the Holocaust victims. Friends of mine recommended Harold, having used him a decade ago. I would use him again if I ever returned.

We had a great and insightfull tour around the Berlin Regierungsviertel. Also a lot of info about the fall of the wall and the split of Berlin's Mitte during the wall era. Unfortunately, we only had 2 hours. Herr Zawuski and his team were very professional.

Harald was an exceptional tour guide we used for a two days in Berlin. Insightful, engaging, and fun. Would absolutely recommend him!

Highly recommended. I am very glad it was Harald who led our tour of Berlin. My husband, my two sons (both of whom are in university), and I booked the three-hour private tour, which flew by for all of us. We learned so much about the history and development of the city. He is very knowledgeable, and we can feel his deep love for his city and his pride in teaching us all he knows. After our tour, we remained in Berlin for two days. Anytime we saw something he had shown us, we were able to recognize and appreciate it. Do not even hesitate to book a tour of Berlin with Harald! One of my sons conveyed it brilliantly when he said it was “the best tour ever.”

My family and I visited Berlin over the Easter weekend, and one of our highlights was the private tour of Potsdam with Harald. He has a wealth of knowledge, and shares this with great charisma and humour. Blessed with beautiful sunshine, we even enjoyed the lengthier bus ride, as Harald filled the time with informative anecdotes and quick pit-stops. Highly recommend his custom tours to anyone who wants a break from the standard guide books, or even to those who fancy a more spontaneous discovery of the city. A special thanks also for the great restaurant recommendations!
