We came expecting a cool experience, but what we got was a cold slap in the face—and not just from the sub-zero temps. ❄️ We were iced out for 40 minutes despite only one lonely soul chilling inside. Guess they were waiting for the vibes to reach absolute zero before letting anyone else in. The woman who greeted us looked like she’d snowed off long ago—emotionally checked out and clearly melting under the weight of forced hospitality. Her daughter, frozen in boredom at the bar, gave the place more atmosphere than the ice sculptures (of which there were none, unless you count my frozen expectations). When we were finally let in, we were greeted by a room the size of a freezer aisle at Lidl and just as inviting. There were five other people inside, and nowhere to sit—unless you wanted to huddle awkwardly against an ice wall pretending the €4 shot-sized drinks were worth your frozen tears. Each drink came with about 3 sips and 0 regrets from the staff. For €25, I was hoping for ice-capades—instead I got ice-trapades. Honestly, I think the host was secretly thrilled when everyone left after 15 minutes. Job well done: minimal effort, maximum frostbite. Final verdict: If you’re looking to feel emotionally and financially cold, this is the polar place for you. Otherwise, save your €25 and just hug a bag of frozen peas at home while drinking warm vodka. 🧊💸
