We had an amazing day touring the Douro Valley and Luis our tour guide was an excellent. Curtious, friendly, great sense of humor, kind and knowledgeable. It is a very well rounded tour and would recommend it to anyone. Enough breaks, wine tasting to start with, great home made lunch and ended with port tasting after the hour boat trip on the Douro River. Once again thank you. Great job guys.
We were in Portugal for 11 days, and this tour was the highlight of our trip. What a wonderful way to experience the beautiful Douro Valley. The trip was very well planned. The views were wonderful, and the wines and food were incredible. If you go to Portugal, this tour is a must. Finally, I want to comment on the tour guide. We have taken many tours in many countries, and I would say, straight up, that Eduardo is probably the best tour guide we have ever had. He is friendly, funny, but you get a sense of who he is as a person. That is what sets him apart. He is a great person who happens to be a tour guide for small groups in the Douro Valley. What a blessing!
Our day tour from Porto to Douro Valley was fantastic! Our tour guide Pedro was friendly and knowledgeable sharing interesting facts about the region and providing helpful suggestions for other things to do. This tour is very well organized and flows flawlessly from beginning to end. Eduardo was prompt in picking us up and put everyone at ease from the get go. The port tasting and wine tasting were wonderful. Some people in our group got to experience stomping the grapes! What an unforgettable experience!
