Our family booked a day tour with this company and had Ms Joy as the English-speaking tour guide and Mr Tony as the driver. We were driven around in an air conditioned van, which included much-appreciated cold water and cold face towels! We started the day at the Grand Palace. Joy was incredibly knowledgeable! We then had a canal tour followed by an authentic Thai lunch. After that, we toured Wat Pho and then the flower market. I cannot given more praise to our amazing guide. She was smart, funny, and knew so much history! Please do not hesitate to book a tour with this company!
Went to Bangkok with my young family and wanted a comfortable, reliable experience. Super happy with our choice! Everything went so smoothly. Flexible and seamlessly organized. Catered to us. Our guide Ms. Joy was a pleasure to be around, explained Thai history and culture to us. She was super kind and playful with our kids. She brought was yummy treats (some homemade by her family!!), some bought fresh along our adventures. She also had nice tips and recommendations. Her driver Mr. Annan was super kind and always knew where to find us, with a smile and cool face towels. Always a welcome and luxurious treat in the hot & humid days! Our van was spacious and comfortable. They both went above and beyond our expectations! We received the itinerary in advance and were able to tweak it effortlessly. Mr. Chob was very easy to communicate with and sent us tips and recommendations for our visit. Highly recommend it!
This 3-day experience in Bangkok wouldn’t have been the same without Aom and Chob’s agency. Aom is a true professional — combining reliability with a great sense of humor. We organised two private tours and transfers from Bangkok to the Thai-Burma railway and another from Bangkok to Hua Hin. On each trip, Mr Chob recommended a detailed itinerary for us that combined seamlessly with the transfer and arranged the return trip a few days later, again with a detailed itinerary of great sights and English speaking guides. The private trip was much more flexible than a group tour, staying as long as we wanted and stopping for meals and snacks as we pleased. With four of us it was also way cheaper. A special mention for our guide Joy who went out of her way to make the day special, not just seeing sights but also immersing in Thai culture (and food!) Arrangements were very easy to make and the vehicles were clean, spacious and on time. The drivers weee both friendly and drove very sensibly. Definitely will use Mr Chob the next time I’m in Thailand and won’t hesitate to recommend him to my friends
