Bayo was a great tour guide. Informative, funny and he even sang a song for the group. I highly recommending taking this tour to avoid all the lines and to get a lot of good information while you’re having fun.

Angela had a way of sharing history and fun facts that kept the whole experience engaging from start to finish. She made the tour both fun and educational, and you could tell she truly loves what she does. Thanks to her, we walked away not only with great memories but also with a deeper appreciation for the Eiffel Tower’s history and Paris itself. Highly recommend Angela as a tour guide—she’s the best! Monroe enjoyed her too!

The tour was great and our guide Raphael was fun and relatable. My only complaint is that the instructions tell you to make sure you pick up your tickets prior to assembling at the meeting point, but we did not need to do this, so it was confusing.

The tour itself once we had located and met with the tour guide was very good and added value to our Eiffel Tower experience. DISAPPOINTED - out of the three bookings for different events this was the one which caused the most stress, anxiety and wasted time, the location link we were provided with was at least 1/4 of a mile from where we were meant to be, luckily we engaged on more than one occasion with the chat adviser and in plenty of time before our 3pm rendezvous with the tour guide, we were a party of two, and the tour guide was expecting in addition another 2 parties of 4 people each and unfortunately these additional parties fell fowl of the meeting link being incorrect. I feel that the arrangements provided wasted at least 2 hours of our day and unnecessary inconvenience to what should have been a very enjoyable overall experience. Kind regards Joanne walker
